Rubber

Rubber is an important material used in automobiles. Rubber parts on a car account for about 6%~10% of the total vehicle quality. For example, tires, hoses, seals, anti-vibration parts, transmission parts, village cushions and so on, their main characteristics are high elasticity: under the action of a small external, they can produce great elastic deformation (elongation, compression, bending, etc.). After removing the external force, it can return to its original state in a very short time; vibration absorption capacity: rubber can absorb a part of mechanical energy and convert it into thermal energy. Rubber has certain corrosion resistance, wear resistance and insulation.
Rubber is a kind of macromolecule material which is based on raw rubber and is composed of some admixtures (vulcanizate, activator, softener, filler, antioxidant, etc.). According to the source of raw rubber, it can be divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber.

Production Technology

Industrial filter paper can be classified into cured filter paper and uncured filter paper according to dipping process.

Cured Filter Paper
The filter paper has not been hardened after being impregnated with Phenolic resin, which can not satisfied the stiffness requirements of filter elements. After being pleated, the filter paper will be heated for 10–15 minutes at the 150 °C temperature.
Cured filter paper is widely used to produce oil and fuel filter element of heavy trucks, auto and cars.

Uncured Filter paper
The uncured filter paper is impregnated with thermoplastic resin (generally is acrylic resin), and it needs little heating during production to guarantee the flexibility under room temperature.
Uncured filter paper is widely used to produce air filter elements of heavy trucks, auto and cars.

Non-Woven Filter Cloth for Cabin, Air, fuel & Oil Filters

Non-woven filter cloth can be divided into standard non-woven cloth, thermoforming non-woven cloth, activated carbon non-woven and antibacterial non-woven cloth.
Non-woven filter cloth are basic and important material in filter production. They are suitable for car air filters, cabin filters, household air purification filters, fuel filters, hydraulic system filters and dust filters.

It is made of high-performance, high-strength anti-breaking PP or PET organic synthetic fiber, layer-by-layer encryption, progressive structure, and combing and laying hot air. It has good high temperature resistance and is not affected by chemicals such as chemical solvents and acid fumes.

The filtration system mainly filters particles, dust and suspended matter in the air, and the highest filtration efficiency can reach 99.5%.

Air permeability up to 2500 L/m2/s

Activated carbon has a strong function of adsorbing harmful gases in the air, and can effectively remove harmful organic substances such as formaldehyde and benzene and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide in the air to ensure that the air is green and environmentally friendly, creating a healthy environment.
